At DoggleHQ we provide industry leading customer service. If for any reason you change your mind about an order you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Simply return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached in the condition it was received, along with a completed returns form.
Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items as no returns will be accepted unless the item purchased is faulty.
DoggleHQ will endeavor to have your order couriered to you the same day when placed before 2pm, or the next working day if after 2pm or outside working hours. Where payment is by bank deposit the order will be sent as soon as the funds clear (normally 1 – 2 working days).New Zealand
All orders are shipped freight free within New Zealand.
Orders will be sent using Courier Post and can be tracked at the Courier Post website (www.courierpost.co.nz) using the Track & Trace number provided. Delivery can be expected in 1 – 3 working days.Australia
All orders over $250 are freight free within Australia, excluding bulk item. For smaller orders the following charges apply:
Minimum Charge: $20.00
Bulk Items: $70.00
Where large orders are placed, or excess freight charges applied we will notify of any additional cost. Track & Trace details will be provided where possible.
