Treatment of Dermatitis

If you are concerned or if your dog seems bothered or unwell see your Veterinarian.

Vets deal with dermatitis issues everyday.  They will be able to make a diagnosis after examining your pet.  Diagnostic tests may be recommended (eg.  Skin scrapes or biopsies).

Dermatitis is a word used to describe a problem with the skin.  It doesn’t help define the cause.  There are so many different causes of dermatitis in the dog.  Read our other posts and make contact with your Veterinarian for further help.
